This work presents modeling, simulation, fabrication, and testing of a novel flow-based electromagnetic energy harvester (F-EMEH) for producing usable electrical from the pulsating fluid pressure levels within pipeline. The power produced by developed can be effectively utilized operation wireless monitoring system pipeline networks. devised F-EMEH consists stationary magnet positioned in upper cap directly facing wound coil that is fixed to flexible latex membrane. membrane along when exposed flow oscillates with respect magnet. relative motion induced voltage across terminals. applied amplitude 625 Pa generated an open circuit 1.2 V maximum load 18.6 μW connected 4.3 Ω load. Furthermore, integrated rectifier, output 4 DC achieved device at Pa. In addition, prototype, 3.6 V, battery charged up 3.2 30 min duration. attained provide easy solution powering sensor nodes mounted on network condition monitoring.
